Metropolitan France: Via Mondial Relay at a pick-up point for €5.90 including tax and free for purchases over €50. At home by La Poste for small parcels and UPS for heavier parcels.

Europe: You will be delivered to your home, the delivery rates depend on the country of destination.

Rest of the world : Depending on the country of destination, your order will be shipped by the carrier of our choice , knowing that taxes and customs duties may apply depending on the country.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends, holidays).

The average delivery time observed is 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays) after receipt of your payment.

Yes, it is possible to come to the depot to pick up your order. The Huleti boutique is open by appointment 7 days a week.

We prepare the packages within the day following the validation of the basket, but if you send us an email to this address: info@boutiquehuleti.com and it is not too late, we can make these modifications or cancellations.

Yes, you have up to 14 days after receipt of your products to return them to us in whole or in part.

In any case, we invite you to contact us by email at this address: info@boutiquehuleti.com before initiating any procedure for returning or exchanging the product, which must be submitted for validation by boutiquehuleti.com.

If you change your mind (you have 14 days) and you no longer want your purchase, upon receipt of your returned product in its original packaging and new, the shipment being at your expense, we will send you according to your request a credit note or a refund (deducted from transaction costs and product shipping costs when placing your order if these have been offered).

We do not accept postage due parcels , the return costs are therefore your responsibility, except if the product is defective, in which case we will have exchanged them before by email.
